The launch of our new office was a landmark moment in the journey of Del-Trazi Group—a step forward towards growth, progress, and the fulfilment of our vision. Initially, we operated from where we termed comfort, a product of hard work, commitment, teamwork, resilience, faith, dedication and passion which led to the expansion of our workforce and the increasing demand for a welcoming environment to host our esteemed investors, it was evident that we needed a change. On the 7th of November, 2023 we made the big move to our new office, a modern and elegant space designed to accommodate our growing team and provide a comfortable setting for our clients and partners.
Our new office launch on the 29th of February 2024 was nothing short of spectacular, graced by celebrities, high-profile individuals, and renowned personalities from different walks of life. The atmosphere was vibrant, filled with excitement as we welcomed our guests to share in our success. The event kicked off with a warm welcome speech by our esteemed Chairman, Hon. Engr. Charles Ezeani, who expressed his gratitude for the journey so far and highlighted our commitment to excellence and community impact. Following his remarks, other directors took the stage to extend their appreciation and welcome our guests, sharing personal stories of the company’s journey and their hopes for the future.
After the speeches, we embarked on an extensive tour of the facility. The tour began at the welcoming area, where our guests were greeted with a beautifully designed space that set the tone for the rest of the office. Next, we moved to the front desk, which featured an impressive layout, blending functionality with aesthetic charm. The tour continued to the HR office, a well-organized space for nurturing our talented workforce.
The conference room, a spacious and state-of-the-art area, stood as a testament to our commitment to productive discussions and decision-making. We then visited the Director’s Budget Office, QS Office, Accountant Office, and Head of Finance Office, each designed with a focus on comfort, privacy, and efficiency for their respective functions. Our kitchenette, a cozy area where staff could unwind and recharge, was also a favourite among the guests.
As we continued our tour upstairs, we arrived at the Chairman’s office, a true embodiment of leadership and vision. The moment you step inside, the ambiance commands respect and authority, with elegant decor and warm lighting that creates a sense of both comfort and professionalism. The space exudes refinement, featuring high-quality furniture, soft textures, and a neutral color palette that brings a calming yet empowering atmosphere. This is where visionary decisions are made, a space that invites meaningful discussions and strategic planning, symbolizing our commitment to excellence and growth.
Next, we visited the Managing Director’s office, where creativity and innovation come to life. The MD’s office has a more contemporary touch, offering a cozy yet dynamic setting that encourages collaboration and forward-thinking. Natural light floods the room through large windows, enhancing productivity while maintaining an inviting and serene environment. It’s a space where bold ideas are born, where strategy meets execution, ensuring that the company’s goals are driven with clarity and purpose.
Lastly, we explored the Director of Administration’s office, which is designed for operational efficiency and structured management. The office is organized, with an air of discipline and focus that perfectly suits the role of administration. Yet, it doesn’t compromise on comfort or aesthetics. The space reflects the director’s pivotal role in keeping things running smoothly, with thoughtful design elements that provide both a practical and relaxing workspace. The ambiance here is calm, creating an environment conducive to detailed work and decision-making, and maintaining a sense of balance between comfort and professional rigor
The event was filled with joy, laughter, and a sense of achievement. Top notch entertainment and refreshment, with a wide array of delicious dishes and beverages served throughout the day. Guests and partners enjoyed the lively atmosphere, with music and cheerful conversations and quality networking filling the air. It was a day of celebration—celebrating our past achievements, our present milestones, our future aspirations and our humble beginning
